Topup your iCard Account Real-time by DBS/POSB iBanking

**Exclusive 10:30pm-8am, maintenance period for DBS/POSB

 

 

How it works : Transfer to us through DBS/POSB Internet Banking, and your iCard Account will be topup IMMEDIATELY , according to the "Initials" you key in when adding iCard to be your iBanking "Payee".

 

###### So please ensure Your Initials @ iBanking is exactly same as your User ID @ iCard.sg ######

 

  
 
  Step 1: Activate iBanking
 
 

 

Internet Banking (IB) is very useful, which allows you to view your balance, transfer fund to your friend, pay your handphone bill online.
There are many way to activate your Internet Banking:

1. Approach the service counter at any bank branch

2. Apply IB service through ATM (Please update your address in any branch if it's not updated. Or else you can't receive the mail from bank)

3. Apply online at DBS website (Please update your address in any branch if it's not updated. Or else you can't receive the mail from bank)

 

Here we only introduce one way for DBS/POSB: To activate by ATM

Step 1. Insert card and enter your ATM PIN
Step 2. Select "More Services" and then choose the language of your choice.
Step 3. Select "PIN/iB Message Service"
Step 4. Choose "Apply for iBanking PIN"
Step 5. Enter your choice of a 6-digit iBanking PIN
 
Your temporary iBanking User ID will be printed on the ATM transaction receipt. Please remember to take the receipt with you.

 
Step 6. Select "Continue"
Step 7. Key in your mobile or message pager number and press "Enter"
 
Your application is now completed. Kindly retain the ATM transaction receipt with your User ID. The DBS iB Secure Device and Registration Code will be mailed to you within 4 working days, and you start access the iBanking afterwards.


 
 
 
 
 
 

Step 2: Add new payee
 
 

Page 1: After login to internet banking at DBS website www.dbs.com.sg,

1 Click on “Funds Transfer: Add New DBS/POSB Payee”

2 In "My Initials", please key in your iCard User ID as this is the Only Way that we know the fund is transferred from you.

3 In "Payee Account Type", please select "DBS Savings Plus"

4 In “Payee Account Number”, please key in our account number: 0101027901

5 In “Nickname Of Payee”, please key in "iCard"  
 
Page 2: After confirm new payee information, one SMS containing OTP will be sent to your registered handphone.
Press “Activate This Payee With the One Time Password(OTP) Sent To You Via SMS”
 
Page 3: Enter the OTP received to activate the payee.
 
 
 

Step 3: Make transfer

 
 

Page 1: After login to DBS/POSB internet banking:

  Click on “Funds Transfer To Other DBS/POSB A/C”

  In “From Account”,please select the account you wish to transfer from

  In “To Account”, please select iCard account no. If you have not added us as your payee, please click **HERE** to learn how to Add New Payee.

  In “Amount”, please key in the amount you wish to topup your iCard account (eg. S$30).

 
Page 2: Press Confirm to complete the transaction, and your iCard account will be updated within seconds. You can start buying cards now.
Please Note: Account Update service paused during 10:30pm-8am, as DBS/POSB is under system maintenance.
